Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Seattle, Washington, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Governing Law
Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

• Pandemics, epidemics, or other public health emergencies;
• Government actions, including restrictions or regulations;

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Termination
