Mr. and Mrs. McClure have been happily married since 2005 and it wasn’t long after that their family began to grow. They are now an amazing family of eleven!

Mr. McClure’s carpet cleaning journey started with Chem-Dry in a struggling corporate franchise, he witnessed recurring issues that left customers dissatisfied. The service sector, dominated by profit-driven franchises, often undervalues its personnel, resulting in high turnover and discontent. Wet carpets, harsh chemicals, untreated stains, and a lack of genuine care for homes, customers and employees became all too common.

Driven by a craftsman’s ethos and a deep loyalty to customers, Mr. McClure found it challenging to endorse these practices. Thus, PUIRI was born—a bold leap fueled by aims of redefining industry norms.
